PERSION KEBAB BLEND
This Persian staple, also known as Koobideh, is typically served with cucumber yogurt sauce. With flavors so savory and unique, this dish will be a staple in your home, as it is in ours.
We created our Savory Blends to be all-purpose seasonings you can sprinkle on just about anything. Use them as you would use salt and pepper to give any dish a uniquely delicious flare. Here are some of our favorite uses:
- Add 2 tbsp. seasoning to 1/2 cup of water, mix well to make marinade for 1 lb. of beef, chicken, and shrimp. Great on Tofu and Tempeh for a vegetarian alternative
- Toss with olive oil and cashews or other nuts
- Sprinkle on vegetables or rice
